Welcome!

I work Monday-Thursday, including mornings and evenings. I provide telehealth throughout WA state -- OR coming soon. Sliding scale pricing and superbills are available.

About

I am a hypermobile and queer systemic therapist primarily working with people impacted by chronic illness. The experiences that come with chronic illness and hypermobility are definitely unique, and it can be very impactful to finally see a provider who gets it. Wherever you've been, I've likely been there (or near there) too.

I use somatic therapy and other techniques. I adjust my approach and offer accommodations based on your unique goals and accessibility needs.

Chronic Illness Therapy

Therapy for people with chronic illness, by someone with chronic illness

Whether you're feeling off and looking for answers, or you've received one or many diagnoses, therapy can be a vital place of support on your chronic illness journey. From processing medical gaslighting and grief, to learning to advocate for yourself, to finding ways to simply exist in your body from one day to the next, chronic illness therapy can help you find more moments of ease, joy, and alignment among the moments of challenge and pain.

Services

As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist Associate (LMFTA), I have specialized training in providing systemic therapy to individual clients and relationships.

Individual Therapy

Age group: 13+

Concerns: Chronic illness, anxiety, depression, grief, healthy masculinity, identity, life transitions, trauma, and more.

It is an especially stressful time to be alive, and often even more so for people affected by chronic illness. Individual therapy is a space to slow down, reconnect to yourself, and start working toward a life that can work better for you.

Couple & Relationship Therapy

Age group: 18+

Concerns: Chronic illness, communication, conflict, parenting, relationship transitions, stress,

and more.

Chronic illness can affect every part of your life, from work to parenting to friendships. Therapy with a business partner, friend, biological or chosen family member(s), or partner(s) can help build and repair relationships that are impacted by chronic illness.
