Have you ever been in a (Zoom) room filled with other hypermobile people, including a hypermobile facilitator? It's an incredibly powerful experience!
In groups, we get to know each other, share our stories, and offer emotional support and resources. We'd love to have you there.
Ages 18+
$25 or sliding scale with no-cost seats available

The following are allowed & encouraged in support groups:

People with suspected or confirmed hEDS or HSD. You do not need a formal diagnosis to attend groups (diagnosis is expensive and I'm not here to gatekeep!)​.

​People who have to keep their cameras and/or mics off but want to listen​
​

Food, hydration, meds, bio breaks, etc.
