Who I See

Individual therapy can provide valuable time to slow down and reconnect to yourself and a place to build up your toolbox for the many things life may throw your way. I work with the following clients:

Age group: 13+​

​

Treatment focus:

  • Anxiety

  • Chronic illness & hypermobility

  • Depression

  • Grief

  • Identity

  • LGBTQ+ issues

  • Life transitions

  • Neurodivergence (ADHD, Autism, etc.)

  • Rethinking masculinity, working toward non-toxic masculinity

  • Trauma

  • Women's issues​​

Locations & Rates

Schedule: Monday-Thursday

​

Location: Telehealth throughout OR & WA states

​

Rates: $150 per 60-minute session, or a sliding scale rate we come up with together.

 

Superbills are available if you want to submit then to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. Many insurance plans offer reimbursement for out-of-network individual therapy costs.

​

If you'd rather be seen in-person in Bothell, WA, or you want to use Aetna, Cigna, First Choice, Kaiser, Premera, or Regence insurance for therapy, ask me about my availability at Envision Counseling. I am not able to offer sliding scale through Envision.
